Who is responsible
The controller for personal data collected on this site is [legal entity name], [address], operating as Ranc Analytics. Contact: vaclav.ranc@pm.me.
What this site collects
This site uses no cookies and runs cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics that record aggregate page views and a small number of interaction events (for example, which call-to-action was clicked). This analytics data contains no personal identifiers and is not used to profile you.
The only personal data collected is what you choose to enter into the contact form:
- Your name, organisation, and role;
- Your work email address;
- The segment you select and the project description you write;
- Optional budget and timeline, if you provide them.
Why, and on what lawful basis
Your submission is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to work, to carry out that engagement. The lawful basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the form checkbox, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to business enquiries directed to us. There is no newsletter and no marketing use.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms (a form-to-email service operated by Softanic Ltd), acting as a processor solely to transmit your enquiry. Its privacy policy is available at web3forms.com/privacy-policy. A honeypot field is used to deter automated spam. Fonts are self-hosted, and no third-party trackers, advertising networks, or social widgets are embedded. Your enquiry is not sold or shared for any other purpose.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and no longer than [retention period — e.g. 24 months] after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, tax or accounting rules for a concluded engagement).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict its processing; request portability; and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing already carried out). To exercise any of these, email vaclav.ranc@pm.me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers. The form endpoint is rate-limited and protected against automated abuse. No secrets are exposed to the browser.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the practice and its providers change. The date at the top reflects the current version.
